4. Fees & billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Transaction fees apply to orders processed through the platform, as outlined in your plan details.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. Limitation of liability
BretaCommerce is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
